Safe City is a comprehensive civic safety and incident reporting platform built in Flutter using GetX and Clean MVC. Designed to empower communities, the app enables citizens to report incidents such as theft, fires, harassment, accidents, and vandalism with high detail, including multiple photos, GPS coordinates, addresses, and structured categories.     
It offers an extended reporting model, allowing users to describe  thief characteristics ,  vehicle details , identifying marks, and upload sketch images—making reports actionable and usable by authorities.  

The application includes a complete  role-based system with separate user and admin interfaces. Citizens can view their report history, monitor real-time status updates (Pending, In Progress, Resolved, Critical), and access a dashboard with visual safety statistics. Administrators enjoy a full-featured control panel to view all reports, update statuses, add notes, filter by category or severity, and manage user accounts. Powerful analytics screens provide incident breakdowns, time-based trends, severity distribution, and community risk mapping.  

From a technical standpoint, Safe City uses  GetX for state management, routing, and dependency injection , ensuring a fast, reactive user experience. It supports offline-ready  demo mode , allowing full functionality with pre-loaded data without Firebase dependencies, while the architecture remains ready for production Firebase integration.  

The app is built with  Material Design 3 , responsive layout using ScreenUtil, smooth animations, loading indicators, and a consistent design system. With 70% APK size optimization, code obfuscation, resource shrinking, and modular architecture, Safe City demonstrates production-level performance, structure, and user experience.
