ClubSync is a full-stack sports organization management system designed to bring clubs, players, coaches, and fans onto a unified digital platform. The system includes  role-based authentication (super admin, club admin, user), a full club registration and approval pipeline, player management with detailed statistics, and dynamic ground booking for both club and district venues. Users can explore events, announcements, achievements, coaching staff, and job opportunities within the network.  

Club administrators can manage club details, post announcements, approve bookings, create events, handle achievements, upload images, and maintain their presence through a CMS-like interface. A beautifully designed glass-morphic frontend, enhanced with animations, ensures a premium experience.  

The admin panel provides insights into user activity, club performance, job applications, and ground usage statistics. With streamlined APIs, file uploads, email notifications (Nodemailer), and modern UI/UX patterns, ClubSync delivers a robust management experience tailored for sports communities of all sizes.
